Live research across Motion, Morgen, SelfManager.ai, Reclaim, Trevor AI, Sunsama, and major productivity subreddits confirms: (1) only 53.5% of weekly planned tasks are completed, meaning nearly half of all to-do items are stale candidates; (2) users paying $19–$34/mo for AI schedulers still complain bitterly about unfinished task debt; (3) every incumbent handles overdue tasks by silently rescheduling — none forces a conscious kill-or-keep ritual. The "task autopsy" mechanic (Fresh / Stale / Decomposed labelling + AI-drafted kill justification) has no direct product equivalent in any source reviewed.
