NotionIncomeBoard

NotionIncomeBoard targets the $0–$30K MRR solo founder / creator who already pays for Notion and Stripe but bridges them manually via spreadsheets or copy-paste. Live research confirms three converging signals: (1) Stripe's native MRR is demonstrably inaccurate and hard to extract (getlago.com, quantledger.app — 67% of SaaS companies show meaningful discrepancies); (2) Baremetrics is explicitly cited as too expensive by the IH community ("starting at $50 is an investment I can't afford right now"), with active demand for a lower-cost alternative persisting from 2019 through January 2026; (3) Notion's marketplace shows commercial demand for revenue templates, but every template is manual-entry — no automated Stripe-to-Notion pipeline exists anywhere. The plain-English narrative summary ("what changed and why") is absent from all incumbents. The product sits in an unoccupied niche with real spend evidence and buildable scope. Score rises modestly from the prior 15/25 to 17/25 on stronger evidence for pain intensity and reach, keeping it in RETEST territory — the weakest dimension (monetization) needs a validated WTP experiment before committing to a build.
